Operational terms for using SourceOfTruth.io accounts, crawler workflows, exports, credits, billing, and support channels.

Service scope

Crawler product

Search + Web Crawler is the active product for public website collection, usage estimates, bounded crawling, and clean browser-download exports.

ETL/ELT roadmap

ETL/ELT remains a coming-soon product area and is not sold as a fully active production product until separately launched.

Customer content

Customers are responsible for URLs, uploaded content, crawler settings, and downstream use of exported files.

Account access

Private dashboard access requires authenticated accounts, active workspace mapping, and any applicable plan or credit state.

Use requirements

Authorized use onlyUse the crawler only for public sources you are authorized to access, crawl, process, or analyze; robots/access restrictions, unsupported pages, and protected pages may fail or produce no output.

Billing gatesCheckout and billing portal access may remain gated during controlled launch. Access does not imply payment unless checkout is completed.

Service changes

Plans and credits may changePlan limits, included credits, top-ups, storage add-ons, and launch gates may be updated as the service matures.

Exports and availabilityCrawler output, history, and browser downloads depend on run status, public source availability, account authorization, and infrastructure state. Support is available at support@sourceoftruth.io.
