Allowed use

Authorized crawling

Use the crawler for websites and content you own, manage, are authorized to test, or are otherwise permitted to collect.

Reasonable limits

Use bounded page limits, delay controls, and conservative settings when crawling sources that could be sensitive to traffic.

Clean exports

Exports should be used for review, automation, internal knowledge workflows, or AI/RAG preparation consistent with the source rights.

Security reports

Report suspicious activity, abuse, or crawler misuse through the security contact channel.

Not allowed
No unauthorized accessDo not use SourceOfTruth.io to bypass access controls, scrape private areas, attack services, evade blocking, or impersonate others.
No abusive automationDo not use the crawler for spam, credential collection, malware delivery, harassment, excessive traffic, or attempts to degrade another service.
Enforcement
Runs may be limitedCrawler jobs may be blocked, rate limited, canceled, or reviewed when usage appears unsafe, unauthorized, or outside intended product scope.
Accounts may be restrictedAccounts involved in abuse, unauthorized crawling, or payment misuse may lose access to crawler, billing, or support workflows.
