What to send

For crawler questions

Include the target public URL, selected mode, export type, approximate time, and any error text or screenshot.

For billing questions

Include the account email, intended plan, whether this is production or local testing, and any Stripe/portal state.

For enterprise questions

Include target volume, concurrency needs, storage requirements, compliance constraints, and expected launch timeline.

For ETL/ELT questions

ETL/ELT remains coming soon. Describe the connector, document, warehouse, or RAG workflow you want supported.

Crawler is the active public productThe Search + Web Crawler is the active public product. It uses public URLs; robots rules, access restrictions, protected pages, or unsupported pages can affect output. ETL/ELT remains a future production roadmap item.

Human mailboxes are separate from app notificationsContact mailboxes are for human support. Automated product notifications should later use a transactional email provider.
